Lost and Found Lodge provides exciting and educating Adventure Tours.

It was started by two seasoned backpackers when they recognized that regular backpacker guides like The Lonely Planet and Moon handbooks couldn’t cover all there was to see and do in Panama.   

Many adventure tour companies that operate in Central America, like GAP, offer budget tours and tend to just focus on the backpacker circuit.  

We know hostel life is a blast.   But merely focusing on the hostel trail, especially in Panama, will mean missing so very much that is off the beaten track.

Being different to the rest means having local knowledge and organization, often using a 4x4 vehicle, wearing good gear and having some money.
